We offer a variety of products, from individual cuts, selected by you, to Beef Box options to try a variety of cuts, as well as custom quarters and halves that can be cut and packaged according to your own instructions and taste.
When ordering individual cuts, final price is determined by package weight. When you place an order, we will contact you with the total and to make arrangements for delivery or pickup.

Steak

Why Place a Custom Order?
Custom cutting means you get exactly the cuts you want.
Some cuts come from the same area of meat and you have to choose one or the other.
For example, a T-Bone steak has strip on one side and tenderloin on the other. If you want to have filet mignon or make Beef Wellington, the tenderloin needs to stay intact and T-Bone steak is not an option.
If you prefer specific cuts like flank steak or don’t use a lot of hamburger and prefer chuck roast, those are exactly what you can specify.
We offer custom orders in full, half, or quarter beef. You pay rail weight plus cut and wrap. The butcher shop then contacts you directly for your specific cutting instructions.
A half, depending on the size of the side, can yield around 220lbs+ of meat. and requires 6-8 cubic feet of freezer space. A quarter is about half that much, requiring around 3 cubic feet of space (or 3 large diaper boxes, if that helps to visualize).
